Froggy Softwash — Privacy Policy

Froggy Softwash provides exterior cleaning services (pressure washing, softwashing, roof and window cleaning) in coastal Georgia and South Carolina. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you request a quote or become a customer, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the services you’re interested in, and any notes you include. If you opt in to text messaging, we also keep a record of your consent (what you agreed to and when) and the messages exchanged with you, so we can serve you and honor your preferences.

How we use your information

We use your information to prepare and deliver quotes, schedule and perform service, send appointment and job-status communications you’ve opted into, invoice for completed work, and respond when you contact us. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to providing our services.

Text messaging and consent

Text messages are sent only if you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form at app.froggysoftwash.com/quote. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share or sell your mobile information

No mobile information, including your phone number and SMS consent, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business and deliver our messaging (for example, our messaging and payment providers), and only as needed to perform those services on our behalf.

Data retention and security

We keep customer records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Your information is stored with access limited to our team and protected by industry-standard safeguards.

Your choices
