These terms govern the Froggy Softwash text messaging program. Froggy Softwash provides exterior cleaning services (pressure washing, softwashing, roof and window cleaning) in coastal Georgia and South Carolina.

Program description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Froggy Softwash relating to your quote and service: quote links and estimates, appointment scheduling and reminders, on-the-way and job-status updates, service-completion photos, invoices, and related follow-ups.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form at app.froggysoftwash.com/quote. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Froggy Softwash does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier’s rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

We do not share or sell your mobile information

No mobile information, including your phone number and SMS consent, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We share information only with service providers who help us deliver our messaging, and only as needed to perform that service on our behalf.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
